WHY IS THE APP CALLED COVSTAT?
Great question! We know what you are thinking and the answer is no. This is not an app created only for tracking Covid-19 symptoms, although it can be used for that too. CoVstat is for tracking symptoms of any chronic illness.
We wanted the name of the app to be aligned with our values and mission. Call us sentimental!
The founders of Co-Immunity, Maddie and Kyle, both have Czech heritage. The word "vstát" in Czech means "to get up through difficulty". We named our symptom tracking app CoVstat symbolizing our mission to create tools and a community of support to help you continue to get up through the difficulties of chronic illness.
